Our Room Reps coordinate classroom volunteers and activities; our Room Rep Coordinator liaises between Room Reps., teachers, and the PTA.

Landscaping
|
The PTA coordinates the maintenance of the school grounds August - March since this is not done by Fulton County during the school year.

Vision and Hearing Screening
|
Volunteers help with the 3rd grade vision & hearing screening conducted by the school nurses.

Friday Breakfast
|
Throughout the school year, we host four breakfasts for teachers and staff.
|
Teacher Appreciation
|
We plan and coordinate teacher/staff luncheons throughout the year and organize teacher appreciation week.
|
Newcomer's Committee
|
Our Committee holds a breakfast to welcome new families to our school at the beginning of the year. We also coordinate tours for the Kindergarten registration at the end of the year, as well as put together welcome packets for new families.

Community Outreach
|
The PTA puts together email blasts and signs to advertise all our family events. Please make sure to sign up with Membership Toolkit to receive these important communications! Through these communication channels, we will promote upcoming programming, share photos from events, and build rapport with our community of parents, staff, and local businesses.
